[GA25-01] Consideration of data from the AMNOG procedure in clinical practice guidelines

A previous analysis conducted in 2022 showed that current guidelines only rarely take the data published in the AMNOG procedure into account, and then only incompletely. The results were outlined in a presentation, but are now to be published in more detail.

The aim is to investigate the extent to which data from the AMNOG procedure is taken into account in evidence-based guidelines (S3, S2e) from the German Association of the Scientific Medical Societies (AWMF). The AMNOG procedure makes much more extensive clinical data available than other publications. The project should serve to publicize this "treasure trove" of data, so that more use can be made of the data in the future.
