[E26-04] Transcorneal electrical stimulation for retinitis pigmentosa (2. Addendum to commission E14-07)

The addendum has been sent to the contracting agency (Federal Joint Committee) and is expected to be published on 18.11.2026.

Within the framework of the testing regulation the Federal Joint Committee (GBA) can commission IQWiG to assess the potential of a new examination or treatment method (i.e. of a medical device). As part of an administrative procedure conducted by the GBA, the topics and content of the assessments of the potential of medical devices are confidential until the testing directive is passed.
