Registration now open: Launch of the new ‘IQWiG Forum Berlin’ event series
On 25 March 2026, the first IQWiG Forum Berlin will kick off a new series of events aimed at intensifying the exchange between science and politics. Registration for this German-language event is now open.
How can science reach politics? What does politics need and expect from science? Questions like these shaped IQWiG’s Autumn Symposium in November 2025 – and now form the basis for this new event format.
With the IQWiG Forum Berlin, the Institute for Quality and Efficiency in Health Care (IQWiG) aims to intensify the dialogue between science, politics and health policy stakeholders.
At the beginning of the evening, Federal Minister of Health Nina Warken will give a welcome address. Other items on the programme will deal with the scientific perspective as well as the political viewpoint, and the question of where IQWiG can now provide concrete support. This will be followed by an opportunity for personal dialogue.
